おでん

Oden is broth/stew that contains boiled and fish cakes = おでんは、ゆで卵やフィッシュケーキを含むスープベースの食事です

It’s a stew made with boiled eggs, radish, and fishcakes and stock. = ゆで玉子、大根、練り物とダシで煮込んだシチューのようなものです

Oden is very traditional Japanese stew, that i enjoy during the winter months.

GYUSUJI = fibrous beef

YAKI-TOFU = broiled tofu.

KANI-KORA-AGE = deep fried crab taist

JIKASEI ATUAGE = home-deep-fried tofu

IBURIGAKKO and BACON POTATO SALAD= smoked radish pickles and bacon potato salad

OMAKASE MORIAWASE = random Assorted
